    • Rok Loncaric, Founder and CEO of Cooling Inno, is a former lawyer with a bar exam that turned to cleantech after his 10 years of legal practice in real estate business. He saw great potential in phase change materials (PCM) and their big storage capacity and, therefore, started building products that could lower the cooling costs around the world. He believes that people are spending too much money on electricity because of their comfort. The lack of knowledge and smart solutions in cooling are the fields he wants to tackle with. He worked at the biggest Slovenian bank NLB and in the biggest Slovenian retail chain TUS as a legal adviser and, as a result, has gained valuable business experience. Rok likes to innovate products, business models and user experience.

Leko works in partnership with some of the best architects in the world to design fantastic healthy, ultra-efficient and conscious homes. In 2008, Francois abandoned business school studies in order to learn all about wooden houses. He began a European road trip which made him travel from Slovenia to UK through Austria to discover the most innovative and exiting solutions. In 2010, thanks to Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs he left for Germany to find out more about passive houses. A year later he worked in Belgium with a builder to industrialise and standardize advanced component buildings to save cost and time on site. This standardisation process led to Luxembourg on a development program focusing on super efficient homes. Then he went to Paris as partner of one of the pioneer architecture offices in low energy houses. He came back from all these different experiences with one conclusion: it was time for a radical change. Time for a vertical integration like in the automotive industry where designers, architects and technicians work together to take the building sector into the smart green future. Leko was born. Francois graduated with two degrees, one in engineering sciences and another one in timber construction.
